day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, Linux OS servers and network infrastructure.\nConfigure and manage Fortinet firewalls, Aruba managed switches and Windows domain servers.\nManage LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS and DHCP services.\nManage web hosting and email services via Exabytes.\nPerform system maintenance, security updates, backups and IT asset management.\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.\nAny other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.\nRequirements:\nDiploma or equivalent in IT or related disciplines.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.\nHands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls, Aruba managed switches and Windows domain servers.\nFamiliar with Windows Active Directory and Linux OS, email servers and domain management.\nExperience with Exabytes hosting services.\nGood troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.\nAble to work independently and take ownership of IT issues.\nAdvantage with experience in VoIP, IP telephony and contact centre systems.\nOther Information:\nMonthly basic salary ranges from$2,000 to $2,800\n5 days work-week (Mondays toFridays)\nOfficial working hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm\nWorkplace is primarily at 3015A Ubi Road 1, #03-01 Singapore 408705 with hybrid support at our HQ at203 Henderson Road, Henderson
