You'll manage inventory levels, keep accurate stock and ERP records, run regular stock counts, and prevent losses through strong inventory control procedures.\n\nLocation: Karen\n\nSalary: KES 50,000 per month\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n⎫ Inventory Control\n\nMonitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum quantities.\n• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO.\n• Prevent stock shortages and overstocking.\n\n⎫ Stock Receiving and Issuing\n\nVerify goods received against delivery notes and purchase orders.\n• Ensure accurate recording of goods received.\n• Control and authorize stock issuance to departments or branches.\n\n⎫ Physical Stock Counts\n\nConduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes.\n• Investigate and report stock variances.\n• Reconcile physical stock with system records.\n\n⎫ ERP System Support\n\nCapture goods received, issues, transfers, and adjustments accurately in the ERP system.\n• Maintain item master data, units of measure, and stock codes.\n• Run and reconcile ERP stock reports against physical counts.\n• Support staff using the inventory module and flag system errors or discrepancies.\n\n⎫ Reporting\n\nPrepare weekly and monthly stock reports.\n• Submit variance and shrinkage reports.\n• Provide inventory valuation reports when required.\n\n⎫ Loss Prevention and Compliance\n\nMonitor damages, expiries, and wastage.\n• Ensure proper storage standards.\n• Maintain audit-ready documentation.\n\n⎫ Collaboration\n\nWork closely with the Storekeeper, Procurement, Accounts, and branch teams to maintain accountability for stock.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\nDiploma in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Accounting, or a related field.\n• 2+ years of experience in stock control or inventory management, preferably in a restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG environment.\n• Accounting experience, including inventory valuation and stock reconciliations.\n• Hands-on experience with an ERP or inventory management system.\n• Strong numerical, reconciliation, and record-keeping skills; proficiency in MS Excel.\n• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested candidates should send their CV, quoting the job title \"Stock Controller / ERP System Assistant (Inventory)\" in the subject line, to  by 3rd November 2026.
