Het platform ondersteunt zowel federale als regionale processen en is gekoppeld aan boekhouding, betalingen (SEPA) en analytische rapportering.\nWe zitten midden in een meerjarig transformatieproject. Daarin migreren we van een bestaand centraal leden- en financieel beheersysteem naar een nieuw platform, aangevuld met functionaliteiten op maat.\nAls Senior Functioneel Analist vertaal je businessvragen naar precieze, bouwbare specificaties. Waar nodig doe je zelf de businessanalyse.\nWat ga je doen?\nAnalyse en functioneel ontwerp\nJe werkt business rules, datamapping en interface-/API-specificaties uit.\n\nJe vertaalt complexe processen (bijdragen, afrekeningen, premies, correcties, domiciliëringen, boekhouding, …) naar duidelijke en haalbare functionele specificaties.\n\nJe schrijft user stories, flowbeschrijvingen en acceptatiecriteria volgens onze interne standaarden.\n\nJe werkt procesdiagrammen en use cases uit samen met de domeinexperten.\n\nJe begeleidt developers tijdens de analysefase van nieuwe ontwikkelingen, bugfixes en verbeteringen.\n\nStakeholdermanagement\nJe stemt actief af met de diensten, onder meer Premies & Vergoedingen, Boekhouding en Ledenbeheer.\n\nJe bent aanspreekpunt voor ontwikkelteams en leveranciers.\n\nJe draagt samen met product owners, testers en projectleiding een gedeelde visie op functionaliteit en prioriteiten uit.\n\nKwaliteitsborging en testing\nJe bereidt functionele testen voor en voert ze uit, samen met testers en key users.\n\nJe verifieert datamigraties en financiële berekeningen (zoals ledensaldo’s) aan de hand van referentiebestanden.\n\nJe signaleert inconsistenties tussen de gegevens uit het oude systeem en de nieuwe Bridges-omgeving.\n\nDocumentatie en kennisdeling\nJe schrijft en onderhoudt functionele documentatie in het centrale Knowledge Management Platform.\n\nJe ondersteunt opleidingen voor key users in de regionale en federale afdelingen.\n\nJe deelt kennis via gestructureerde release notes, demo’s en feedbackloops.\n\nBusinessanalyse (waar nodig)\nJe brengt as-is en to-be processen in kaart en maakt knelpunten en afhankelijkheden zichtbaar.\n\nJe helpt de business haar echte nood scherp te stellen vóór er een oplossing op tafel ligt.\n\nJe ontdekt verbeterkansen in workflows en datastromen (Excel-extracten, Power BI-rapporten, …).\n\nJe adviseert over standaardisatie en harmonisatie van processen tussen diensten en afdelingen.\n\nWie zoeken we?\nErvaring en kennis\nMinstens 7 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist in een complexe of gereguleerde omgeving (financieel, sociaal of overheid).\n\nSterk in datamodellering en procesanalyse, met affiniteit voor financiële stromen (bijdragen, afrekeningen, SEPA-betalingen).\n\nErvaring met ERP-achtige platformen, datamigraties en functionele integraties.\n\nErvaring met Azure DevOps of een vergelijkbaar ticketing- en testbeheerplatform.\n\nErvaring met AI-tools in analysewerk (specificaties, datamapping, documentatie) en het vermogen om hun output kritisch te beoordelen.\n\nTalen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels.\n\nTroeven\nKennis van databases en gegevensverwerking (queries, gegevensstructuren, dataflows)\n\nKennis van Power BI, Excel-analyse en SharePoint\n\nCertificering in requirements engineering of business analysis (IREB CPRE, CBAP, Agile BA)\n\nVaardigheden\nAnalytisch sterk, met oog voor detail én
