Alongside this, the role drives practical progress on IAM improvements and provides technical guidance and limited hands-on support to the Modern Workplace team.\nThis is a senior, hands-on role without formal people-management responsibility.\nMain responsibilities\nCross-team coordination\nMaintain a cross-team view of operational work, changes, projects, maintenance and lifecycle activities.\n\nTranslate agreed priorities, dependencies and available capacity into clear planning and follow-up.\n\nMonitor progress, workload, capacity and blockers across the three teams.\n\nResolve routine planning conflicts and escalate significant priority, capacity or ownership conflicts to the Infrastructure Manager.\n\nEnsure activities have clear ownership, next steps and appropriate follow-up.\n\nCoordinate dependencies and sequencing between the three teams and relevant IT stakeholders.\n\nOrganise effective planning and follow-up meetings.\n\nConsolidate and communicate operational status, project and change progress, risks, capacity constraints and blockers.\n\nImprove cross-team collaboration, working practices and delivery predictability.\n\nCoordinate execution without taking over engineers’ technical ownership or decision-making responsibilities.\n\nIdentity and access management\nEngineer, configure, operate and improve IAM technologies and controls, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, privileged and non-human identities, and PKI and certificate services.\n\nDrive practical progress on IAM improvements, risks, weaknesses and technical debt.\n\nDefine and maintain practical IAM standards, guidelines and reference configurations.\n\nReview authentication, authorization and access-control solutions and validate correct implementation.\n\nCoordinate remediation of IAM deviations with the responsible technical or application teams.\n\nProvide hands-on expertise during IAM incidents and root-cause investigations.\n\nSupport access reviews, identity governance, privileged-access governance, audits and access certification.\n\nTrack IAM developments, security changes and deprecations.\n\nModern Workplace contribution\nProvide technical guidance on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, application deployment and endpoint security.\n\nSupport complex Modern Workplace incidents and improvements where IAM or broader technical guidance is required.\n\nContribute limited hands-on Modern Workplace engineering when priorities and capacity require it, while retaining coordination and IAM as the primary responsibilities.\n\nContribute coordination and IAM expertise to projects and changes.\n\nParticipate in the shared Systems & Infrastructure on-call rotation when required.\n\nRequired profile\nBachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge and competence gained through relevant professional experience\n\nSenior-level technical coordination and IAM capability\n\nDemonstrable experience coordinating technical work, priorities, capacity and dependencies across multiple teams\n\nBroad practical experience with:\nActive Directory and Microsoft Entra ID\n\nAuthentication, MFA and SSO\n\nConditional Access\n\nPrivileged, workload and service-account identities\n\nPKI and certificate services\n\nIAM incidents, risks and technical debt\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint-management technologies\n\nExperience using ITSM and planning tools to maintain visibility of workload, priorities, capacity, dependencies and blockers\n\nGood understanding of least privilege, access governance, security-by-design and IAM security principles\n\nStrong planning, prioritisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills\n\nAbility to influence and coordinate experienced engineers without formal authority\n\nSound judgment on resolving conflicts and escalating concerns\n\nStructured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style\n\nProfessional proficiency in English\n\nValid driver’s licence\n\nPreferred\nDutch language skills\n\nRelevant Microsoft identity or security certifications\n\nExperience with access reviews, identity governance or privileged-access governance\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint-management technologies\n\nExperience with ITIL, ISM or comparable service-management processes\n\nGeneral awareness of scripting, APIs and automation opportunities\n\nPrevious technical or team-coordination experience\n\nWorking arrangements\nBased in Zeebrugge\n\nHybrid working after
