UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and product-oriented UI/UX Designer who can think beyond conventional designs, develop original ideas, and transform concepts into functional, user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate must have strong product design thinking, excellent imagination, and the ability to convert business requirements into innovative websites, web applications, mobile apps, and interactive prototypes. We need someone who takes ownership of ideas and brings them to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative product concepts based on business goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, UI designs, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Design modern, responsive websites, web applications, and mobile app interfaces.
• Transform ideas and requirements into practical, production-ready design solutions.
• Use creative thinking to solve complex usability and design challenges.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Create design assets, graphics, and visual elements using Photoshop.
• Understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create technically feasible designs.
• Research design trends, user behavior, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept to final implementation.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong product-level design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframes, components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent imagination and the ability to independently generate original design ideas.
• Proven expertise in website, web application, mobile app, and product UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and visual design principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with developers.

What We Expect From You

We are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions or copies existing designs. We want a designer who can think independently, challenge conventional approaches, propose better solutions, and demonstrate how their ideas can work in real-world projects.

You should be able to explain the reasoning behind your designs, create meaningful prototypes, and understand the practical requirements of turning a concept into a working product.

How to Apply

Please share your updated resume and portfolio showcasing your original product designs, Figma prototypes, website designs, and mobile app projects.

Your portfolio matters more than just your resume. We are particularly interested in seeing your design thinking, creative problem-solving, and ability to transform ideas into real digital experiences.
