We need someone who takes ownership of ideas and brings them to life.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop innovative product concepts based on business goals and user needs.\nCreate wireframes, user flows, UI designs, and interactive Figma prototypes.\nDesign modern, responsive websites, web applications, and mobile app interfaces.\nTransform ideas and requirements into practical, production-ready design solutions.\nUse creative thinking to solve complex usability and design challenges.\nCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.\nCreate design assets, graphics, and visual elements using Photoshop.\nUnderstand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create technically feasible designs.\nResearch design trends, user behavior, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.\nTake ownership of projects from initial concept to final implementation.\n\nRequired Skills & Expertise\n\nStrong product-level design thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframes, components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.\nExcellent imagination and the ability to independently generate original design ideas.\nProven expertise in website, web application, mobile app, and product UI/UX design.\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and visual design principles.\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nUnderstanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.\nAbility to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with developers.\n\nWhat We Expect From You\n\nWe are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions or copies existing designs.
