Can show run logs, failure rate and what changed after model upgrades.\n\nHas shipped working automations using LLM APIs plus tools like n8n, Zapier, or custom scripts.\n\nHands-on with the current agent toolchain: MCP, tool use, structured outputs, prompt design under real constraints.\n\nKeeps an eval set of real cases and scores it before changing a prompt or model. Can show one they maintained over time\n\nOwnership of security and data hygiene: knows what data can go where, manages access and keys, keeps a register of what runs and who owns it.\n\nDesigns write-safe agents: dry-run modes, idempotent writes, human approval on high-risk changes, audit logs.
