You’ll help ensure our CRM and operational systems are accurate, reliable, and running smoothly, while building the foundations that allow the team to scale.\nThe role is execution-first, with a strong focus on data quality, system monitoring, and structured problem-solving, and offers a clear path to grow into a full BizOps role.\nBizOps is responsible for ensuring that our systems, processes, and data actually work across the GTM organization.\nThe student role is a key part of how we scale this:\nTaking ownership of high-volume, high-importance operational work\nCreating visibility and structure\nAllowing the team to focus on higher-leverage problems and system design\nThis is not just a support role - it’s an entry point into BizOps, with real impact and a clear growth path.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData & System Quality (Core Responsibility)\nMonitor CRM data accuracy and consistency (contacts, deals, meetings, ownership, etc.)\nIdentify and fix basic data issues, and flag deeper/systemic problems\nTier-1 Operational Support:\nAssist in investigating and troubleshooting common CRM and workflow issues (routing, meetings, lifecycle, etc.)\nSupport BizOps in maintaining day-to-day operational stability\nMonitoring & Alerts:\nMonitor recurring operational signals and flag anomalies or patterns\nBuild and maintain views, lists, alerts, and dashboards to surface issues early \nProcess & Workflow Execution:\nSupport setup and maintenance of workflows, playbooks, properties, and segments in CRM\nAssist in testing and validating changes before rollout\nDocumentation & Knowledge Base:\nCreate and maintain clear documentation (SOPs, playbooks, system logic)\nStructure and organize BizOps knowledge base for scale and future onboarding\nTranslate recurring issues into reusable guides and checklists\nContinuous Improvement Support:\nIdentify recurring issues and suggest improvements\nMaintain a running log of friction points and opportunities\nSupport small internal projects that improve visibility, quality, or efficiency\nExperience & Skills:\nStudent with at least 4 semesters remaining\nAvailable to work ~24 hours per week (3 full days)\nDetail-oriented and structured, with strong analytical thinking\nCurious and quick to learn new systems and tools\nReliable and accountable - you follow through and close loops\nComfortable with hands-on, sometimes repetitive work\nA team player with a low ego, strong ownership, and openness to feedback\nClear and structured communicator (English required)\n#LI-Hybrid\nJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:\nWe build our people up.
