Your mission is to turn customer insights into meaningful conversations, and those conversations into high-quality demo bookings for our Account Managers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProactively engage with existing customers via calls, email, and social to identify upsell opportunities.\nProspect into a defined target audience, focusing on accounts with high expansion potential.\nBook qualified demos for the Expansion Account Managers, ensuring smooth handoffs.\nManage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date.\nPartner closely with the Account Management team to share feedback on lead quality, potential new lead sources, and industry/product insights.\nExperiment with outreach strategies to different customer segments (by size, industry, or usage) to drive more opportunities.\nContribute ideas, insights, and energy to help shape our growing XDR team.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (SDR experience is a plus, not required) - MUST!\nHunger for success, high energy, and an intelligent, positive, proactive attitude\nStrong technical aptitude and the willingness to dive deep into the product\nStrong verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly explain value propositions and tailor messaging to different customer personas\nA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.\nResilience and adaptability when faced with challenges or rejection.\nComfortable working AUS business hours: Monday-Friday, hybrid (3-4 days a week in office) - MUST!\nJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:\nWe build our people up.
