You'll own significant features and components end-to-end - from data model and query through API to UI - and take the lead on the analytical, performance, and data-quality challenges that come with a system where correctness matters. A role for developers with a few years under their belt who want harder problems, real ownership, and room to grow into a senior engineer.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and ship features and components across a data-driven Python backend, from database through API to frontend where needed.\nWrite, tune, and optimize SQL and data access patterns against large datasets; diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks.\nInvestigate complex data and system behavior analytically- reproduce issues, isolate root cause, and drive them to resolution.\nOwn the quality of the areas you work in: tests, correctness, data integrity, and maintainability.\nIdentify technical debt and process inefficiencies, and take the initiative to improve them.\nContribute strongly in design discussions, code reviews, and planning; help level up teammates and shape technical decisions.\n\nRequirements:\nBSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n1-2 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSolid backend engineering experience with hands-on Python.\nStrong SQL and data skills- confident designing, querying, and optimizing against relational data at scale.\nProven ability to own features end-to-end and deliver in a team.\nStrong team player with clear written and verbal communication.\n\nAdvantage (hands-on):\nPython, SQL, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), REST APIs, React, TypeScript, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, data pipelines/ETL, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB, Grafana, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).\n#LI-Hybrid\nJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:\nWe build our people up.
