The ideal candidate will have deep experience with operations management - and will play a critical role in optimizing marketing processes and technologies, managing lead flow, and analyzing the marketing performance to drive conversions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Management & Sales Coordination Own the lead management lifecycle: track and monitor incoming leads, analyze funnel performance, and ensure seamless handoffs between marketing and sales teams to maximize conversion and pipeline efficiency.\n\nHubSpot Architecture & Marketing AutomationOwn the HubSpot CRM architecture and operations: maintain database health, object associations, property structure, and field mappings to ensure data integrity. Design, build, and optimize marketing automation - including email nurtures, lead routing rules, lifecycle stage transitions, and list segmentation - to drive efficient campaign execution and seamless reporting.\n\nMarketing Analytics & Strategic Insights Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and address emerging needs across the funnel - such as changes in lead quality, demo completion rates, and campaign performance - supporting data-driven decision-making across the team.\n\nMarketing Technology & Process Operations Oversee the marketing technology stack and core operational processes: manage current tools, evaluate and implement new solutions, and lead user configuration and adoption. Drive operational excellence by improving cross-functional workflows, onboarding team members, and collaborating with finance to manage marketing budgets and expenses effectively.\n\nTeam Performance & KPI Evaluation Establish monitoring frameworks to evaluate the marketing team’s performance and track their ability to meet key KPIs. Analyze operational bottlenecks to help sub-teams optimize campaign execution, resource allocation, and overall output.\n\nAI Innovation & Workflow Efficiency Proactively identify opportunities to modernize marketing operations by evaluating, building, and deploying new AI-powered tools, custom agents, and automated workflows. Streamline routine tasks and actively train and support the marketing organization to drive AI adoption and fluency across daily operations.\n\nExperience & Skills\n1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management or equivalent.\nFamiliarity in working with Monday, Hubspot and automation tools like Zapier and N8N.\nUnderstanding and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GenAI tools) to enhance day-to-day work efficiency and automate workflows.\nFamiliarity with APIs and webhooks to connect systems, pass data between tools, and build custom automation workflows.\nExperience with lead management processes, pipeline reporting is an advantage.\nAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams.\nExperience with other marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, data visualization tools) is a plus.\nEffectively plans, executes, and tracks multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.\nComfortable managing several priorities and work streams at the same time in a fast-paced environment.\nQuickly absorbs new tools, processes, and technologies with minimal guidance.\nTakes ownership, works autonomously, and proactively drives initiatives forward.\n#LI-Hybrid\nJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:\nWe build our people up.
