You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of our mobile infrastructure while leading a team of engineers and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the mobile infrastructure domain end-to-end (architecture, tooling, reliability), and drive technical standards and best practices across React Native and native (iOS/Android)\nLead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering high engineering standards, ownership, and a collaborative culture\nDesign and build scalable mobile infrastructure to support development and deployment\nLead implementations across key areas such as state management (MobX), geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization\nOwn and evolve CI/CD pipelines, driving automation of build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure fast and stable releases\nPartner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to align priorities and execution, and act as the main point of contact for mobile infrastructure across R&D\nExperience & Skills\n6+ years of mobile development experience (Swift and/or Kotlin)\n2+ years of team leadership experience\nHands-on experience with React Native\nStrong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure\nExperience with CI/CD and release management\nProven ability to lead technical projects and drive architectural decisions\nStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally\nNice to Have\nExperience with Fastlane & Jenkins\nFamiliarity with backend APIs (e.g., Python REST)\nExperience with Agile and DevOps practices\n#LI-Hybrid\nJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:\nWe build our people up.
