You'll shape the group's strategy and roadmap, grow and mentor your PMs, and work across R&D, Design, Data, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver products that our customers love: easy to use, intuitive and impactful, on both web and mobile.\nThis role is for someone who has already managed Product Managers, still loves getting into the details, and wants to have real impact on how a fast-growing product scales.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, mentor and grow a team of 4-5 Product Managers, through hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management.\nDefine the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product group, in line with the company's business goals.\nOwn the group's outcomes and KPIs, and make clear prioritization decisions based on data, customer insights and business impact.\nRaise the bar on product craft across the team: discovery, specs, user flows, launches and measuring results.\nWork closely with R&D, Product Design, Analytics, Marketing and Customer Success leaders to deliver cohesive, high-quality products.\nRepresent your group to management, and communicate plans, trade-offs and results clearly.\nImprove product processes and best practices, including the smart use of AI tools in the product workflow.\nStay hands-on when it's needed, diving into complex problems, key initiatives and customer conversations.\nExperience & Skills:\nAt least 2 years of experience directly managing Product Managers, ideally a team of 3 or more.\nA proven track record of defining strategy and delivering successful web and mobile products end to end.\nStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.\nExcellent leadership and people skills, with a passion for developing others.\nSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew.\nThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage several initiatives at once.\nA hands-on, can-do attitude, with high ownership and a keen eye for detail.\nBonus:\nB2B SaaS experience, especially in HR tech or workforce management (HRIS, time tracking, scheduling, payroll), AI products, or product-led growth.\nExperience in a fast-growing startup environment.\nExperience scaling a product team and its processes.\n#LI-Hybrid\nJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:\nWe build our people up.
