You will play a central role in shaping the mobile foundations that enable fast, reliable, and high-quality product development.\nKey Responsibilities\nMobile Infrastructure Development\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure in React Native to support mobile app development and deployment\nLead best practices and implementations in areas such as:\nMobx\nGeolocation and geofencing\nWebView\nEncryption\nBackend-mobile communication interfaces\nMedia compression and management\nCode Push\nPerformance optimization and app startup time\nCI/CD & Automation\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and React Native platforms\nAutomate and optimize build processes, testing, and deployments\nImprove developer velocity through tooling and infrastructure enhancements\nArchitecture & Design\nDesign and evolve mobile architecture aligned with best practices for native (Swift, Kotlin) and React Native\nContinuously improve performance, scalability, and security\nEvaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and approaches\nRelease Management\nTake ownership of the mobile release lifecycle, ensuring smooth and reliable releases\nCollaborate with QA, developers, and product teams to maintain high quality\nMaintain versioning, release documentation, and rollout strategies\nCollaboration\nWork closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align solutions with business needs\nPartner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and delivery\nShare knowledge and contribute to raising the bar of mobile development practices across the team\nMonitoring & Maintenance\nImplement monitoring and observability tools for app performance and reliability\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across pipelines, builds, and production environments\nEnsure compliance with best practices and industry standards\nExperience & Skills\nTechnical Expertise:\n 2+ Years experience with React native (A must!)\n 6+ Years experience in native mobile development (iOS: Swift; Android: Kotlin) \nExperience with mobile app distribution via App Store and Google Play.\nExposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies\nLeadership & Communication:\nProven ability to lead architectural discussions and drive consensus across teams.\nStrong mentoring skills, with experience guiding developers in best practices.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n#LI-Hybrid\nJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:\nWe build our people up.
