You’ll partner with small and growing businesses to ensure they successfully adopt and implement Connecteam’s solution, driving measurable value and setting the foundation for long-term success.\n\nYour main responsibilities will include\nManaging the end-to-end onboarding process for SMB customers, from kick-off call to activation\nDelivering tailored training sessions to help clients configure and implement Connecteam based on their unique business needs, both remotely and on-site visits.\nGuiding customers to quick wins that showcase the platform’s value and increase adoption\nEnsuring customers establish strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction\nIdentifying at-risk clients early and creating proactive strategies to mitigate churn\nBecoming the customer advocate within Connecteam, collaborating with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer needs are heard\nContinuously optimizing the onboarding process to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience\nTaking an active role in growing Connecteam’s UK market by bringing a big-picture & builder mindset, identifying opportunities, sharing market insights, and helping shape new ideas and initiatives as the UK market continues to scale\nWork days are Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.\nWhich qualifications you’ll need:\n2+ years of experience in the startup environment in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles - MUST\nExperience working with SMB clients, specifically in the UK market\nStrong presentation and training skills (remote and in-person)\nTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions\nHigh level of organization and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously\nA team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment\nPositive attitude, empathy, and high energy!\n\nWhat We Offer:\nAt Connecteam, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
