This will have some telecommuting opportunity. \nConnected Logistics is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the DLA's Troop Support Medical Supply Chain (MSC) (also referred to as Troop Support Medical or TSM) with sustaining data synchronization initiatives and common electronic catalog tools for business intelligence.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nIn this role the Cybersecurity Engineer will execute hands-on security engineering support to development teams by performing a variety of tasks applied to Specialized Cybersecurity problems; task involve:\nIntegrates electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology problems as they relate to cybersecurity requirements.\nAnalyzes information security requirements.\nApplies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning. \nProvides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, integration of information systems.\nEnsures the program remains fully compliant with DLA regulations and policies, including audit guidelines and standards, security compliance, the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements, and DLA Information Operations standard operating procedures.\nRequirements\n7 years of relevant IT experience.\nCurrent T3 (Secret) Investigation required. \nOperating Systems Expertise: Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). \nPreferred Certifications:\nSecurity +\nCySA+\nCISSP\nCISM\nCASP+\nCCSP\nTotal Rewards Statement\nWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
