Connected Logistics is seeking a Documentation Specialist for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Program Office, located in Battle Creek, MI.\n.\nKey Responsibilities\nGathers, analyzes, and composes technical information to support the CAGE Program Office in support of its mission.\nConducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology and compliance with DLA document standards. \nFor applications built to run in a Windows environment, uses the standard help compiler to prepare all on-line documentation.\nRequirements\nFive (5) years relevant experience \nExperience in technical writing and documentation pertaining to all aspects of IT\nExperience in preparing technical documentation, including conducting research on applicable standards\nMust possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 Secret\nRequired Skills:\nSuperior communications skills both written and oral. \nPrior experience with writing or editing technical documentation \nProficient with MS Office products. \nSolid command of English grammar and technical style \nPossess a technical vocabulary of computer development terms \nDemonstrated experience and ability to work independently or under only general direction. \nProficient in the CAGE application (desired) \nTotal Rewards Statement\nWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
