The application was intended to aid in PRM’s internal processes, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities and is now undergoing expansion to provide that same support to all offices in the Department programming foreign assistance from humanitarian funding accounts. This role will assist in providing operation and maintenance support for PRiMES and to develop enhancements to the system.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDuties include but may not be limited to:\nKeeping Project Manager, COR, and GTM apprised of signification IT operations and application development issues in a timely manner.\nHelping lead the transformation of existing application and designing new application for modernized interface and architecture.\nInteracting with systems experts, developers and programmers on design and execution of migration from current platform to cloud-based platform.\nAttending customer meetings as requested and serves as primary liaison for technical based solutions.\nDesigning, developing and maintaining enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM\nand the Microsoft Power Platform\nConfiguring custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and CRM security models\nDeveloping CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript and the Dynamics CRM SDK\nBuilding and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation\nDeveloping and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and related technologies\nIntegrating Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and web services\nSupporting SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries and reporting support\nSupporting automated notifications, workflow processes and system-triggered business logic\nTroubleshooting application issues, supporting production systems and implementing enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs\nParticipating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation and status updates\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions and deliver high-quality software\nRequirements\nMust have an active Secret Clearance at time of award\n10+ years of experience in the IT services or development field.\nExperience supporting IT application migration and development projects.\nBachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience working with a cloud environment\nHands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions\nExperience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate\nStrong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API or similar Microsoft technologies\nExperience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows and security roles\nExperience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and related integration methods\nStrong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers and reporting queries.\nAbility to lead projects using the Scrum/Agile framework and methodology.\nExperience leading teams, able to motivate and engage.\nIdeally has experience working in the Federal Government.\nTotal Rewards Statement\nWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
