The application was intended to aid in PRM’s internal processes, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities and is now undergoing expansion to provide that same support to all offices in the Department programming foreign assistance from humanitarian funding accounts. This role will assist in providing operation and maintenance support for PRiMES and to develop enhancements to the system.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDuties include but may not be limited to:\nDesigning, developing and maintaining enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform\nConfiguring custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and CRM security models\nDeveloping CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript and the Dynamics CRM SDK\nBuilding and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation\nDeveloping and enhancing custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and related technologies\nIntegrating Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and web services\nSupporting SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries and reporting support\nAssisting with data migration, system modernization and application enhancement initiatives\nSupporting automated notifications, workflow processes and system-triggered business logic\nTroubleshooting application issues, support production systems and implement enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs\nParticipating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation and status updates\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions and deliver high-quality software\nRequirements\nMust have an active Secret Clearance at time of award\n10+ years of software development experience\nBachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.\nHands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions\nExperience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate\nStrong Development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies\nExperience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles\nExperience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models\nStrong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries\nExperience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients\nTotal Rewards Statement\nWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
