This role is responsible for executing full lifecycle recruiting activities for highly specialized technical and operational support positions aligned to Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission requirements.\nThe Technical Recruiter will support high-volume, time-sensitive proposal efforts and awarded SOCOM programs, requiring precision, compliance, and rapid response to evolving mission needs. This position operates in an agile, high-tempo environment and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Development/Capture, HR, Security, and Program Management teams to ensure staffing strategies align with PWS/SOW requirements, SOCOM labor categories, and clearance constraints.\nTechnical Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (USSOCOM-Focused)\nPartner with Senior, TA Manager and TA team members to execute full lifecycle recruiting USSOCOM-aligned technical positions.\nBuild and maintain pipelines of cleared candidates (Secret through TS/SCI, with CI/Poly preferred).\nLeverage sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and SOF networks.\nConduct candidate screenings to validate expertise and clearance eligibility.\nCoordinate interviews and ensure professional candidate experience.\nBusiness Development & Proposal Recruiting (USSOCOM)\nTranslate SOCOM PWS/SOW requirements into recruiting strategies.\nAssist with identifying and engaging key personnel for proposals.\nSecure candidate commitments (LOIs, contingent offers).\nPrepare compliant resumes aligned to SOCOM RFP requirements.\nSurge Recruiting & High Tempo Proposal Support\nAssist with multiple pipelines for proposal efforts.\nPrioritize requisitions to meet deadlines.\nTrack candidate readiness and clearance status.\nCompliance & Federal Contracting Requirements\nEnsure compliance with FAR, DFARS, OFCCP, and EEO regulations.\nValidate credentials and clearance status.\nMaintain ATS documentation for audit readiness.\nSupport compliance reporting and audits.\nAdministrative & Support Functions\nManage job postings and requisition tracking.\nMaintain accurate ATS/HRIS data and candidate records.\nCoordinate scheduling logistics across stakeholders.\nSupport onboarding coordination with HR and Security.\nPrepare recruiting reports and proposal documentation.\nTrack recruiting metrics and pipeline health.\nMaintain candidate communication logs and documentation.\nEnsure accuracy and consistency in recruiting materials.\nAgile Collaboration & Process Optimization ·\nCollaborate across TA, BD, HR, Security, and Program teams.\nSupport ISO 9001 and CMMI-aligned process improvements.\nIdentify workflow efficiencies and reduce administrative burden.\nRequirements\nTHIS ROLE IS ONLY FOR MILITARY CANDIDATES THAT ARE WITHIN 180 DAYS OF TRANSITIONING OUT OF THE MILITARY.\nMinium Qualifications:\n3+ years of federal contracting technical recruiting experience.\nExperience recruiting cleared personnel (Secret through TS/SCI).\nExperience in high-volume, surge recruiting environments.\nProposal Lifecycle experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting USSOCOM or SOF programs.\nFamiliarity with SOCOM labor categories.\nMilitary or SOF experience.\nExperience in matrixed organizations.\nTotal Rewards Statement\nWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
