This will have some telecommuting opportunity.\nConnected Logistics is seeking a ToPM & Supply Chain System Process Integration Specialist to support the DLA's Troop Support Medical Supply Chain (MSC) (also referred to as Troop Support Medical or TSM) with sustaining data synchronization initiatives and common electronic catalog tools for business intelligence.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nIn this role the ToPM & Supply Chain System Process Integration Specialist will serve as the Project Manager for large, complex task order in addition to providing technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, detailed functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Other duties include, but aren't limited too.\n Task Order Management:\nCoordinate technical resources in the performance of all task requirements.\nProvide corporate reach-back to align resources to support task order outcomes.\nEnsure resources supporting the contract are adequately certified, equipped, and trained to perform.\nResolve personnel issues and provide timely input to the COR and KO for replacement actions if required; provide appropriate account access documentation to the COR.\nManage the contract budget and ensure appropriate quality for contract deliverables.\nSubmit invoices to the government and resolve billing questions.\nVerify and validate deliverables for each task, on the monthly status report, TDY trip reports, and project plan (schedule).\nIdentify opportunities for improvement in traceability between business processes, as described by the customer, and technical solutions created by the developers.\nSupply Chain System Process Integration:\nParticipates as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases. \nPresents system designs for stakeholder approval at formal reviews. \nPerforms configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.\nProvides solutions to identified software problem reports.\nRequirements\n Task Order Management Requirements:\nMust have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)\nFive (5) years project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.\nFive (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.\nBS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.\n Supply Chain System Process Integration Requirements:\nRelevant supply chain certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.\nExperience presenting system designs for stakeholder approval at formal reviews.\nExperience performing configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.\nKnowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.\nCurrent IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security or T3 (Secret) at time\nTotal Rewards Statement\nWe believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process.
