We are seeking a Senior Copilot Studio & Power Platform Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents that integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio with Microsoft Fabric and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.\nIn this role, you will develop conversational and autonomous agent experiences that connect enterprise data, applications, and business workflows. You will leverage Copilot Studio, Fabric data agents, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, and Microsoft 365 to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable AI-powered solutions.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong Power Platform development and integration skills with practical experience implementing generative AI solutions, enterprise security controls, and production-ready application Agent Development: Design, build, configure, test, and deploy enterprise agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent instructions, topics, triggers, knowledge sources, tools, actions, and conversation flows.\n\nMicrosoft Fabric Integration: Extend Copilot Studio agents using Microsoft Fabric data agents and governed Fabric data products to enable secure, context-aware access to enterprise data.\n\nPower Platform Development: Build and maintain Power Automate cloud flows, agent actions, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions to automate business processes and support agent-driven workflows.\n\nEnterprise Systems Integration: Integrate agents with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, REST APIs, custom connectors, and other approved enterprise applications.\n\nWorkflow Automation: Implement adaptive cards, approval processes, notifications, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows to support business operations.\n\nSecurity and Governance: Configure authentication, authorization, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, environment variables, connection references, and Power Platform data loss prevention (DLP) policies.\n\nDeployment and ALM: Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, managed deployments, release processes, and application lifecycle management (ALM) across development, test, and production environments.\n\nTesting and Monitoring: Establish agent testing and evaluation practices, monitor analytics and response quality, and implement appropriate logging, auditability, and exception-handling mechanisms.\n\nTroubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues involving agent orchestration, data grounding, connector configuration, permissions, integration reliability, and response quality.\n\nAdvanced AI Integration: Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to integrate Azure AI Foundry and other approved capabilities when advanced AI functionality is required.\n\nTechnical Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and security teams to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and user-friendly AI solutions.\n\nMinMaxQualifications\n6–8+ years of experience in application development, automation engineering, systems integration, or a related technical discipline.\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.\n\nDemonstrated experience building and deploying agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\n\nStrong experience with Power Automate cloud flows, agent actions, connectors, and workflow automation.\n\nExperience with Power Apps and Dataverse, including data modeling and application integration.\n\nHands-on experience integrating REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise applications.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and experience integrating Fabric data agents or Fabric data products with AI-powered solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security controls.\n\nExperience with Power Platform solutions, environment management, managed deployments, and ALM practices.\n\nKnowledge of agent testing, evaluation, monitoring, governance, and troubleshooting.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio with Azure AI Foundry or other advanced AI services.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise data governance, semantic
