Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports.\n\nBuild and maintain semantic models, DAX measures, relationships, hierarchies, and calculation groups.\n\nDevelop reports using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, lakehouses, warehouses, and Direct Lake datasets.\n\nImplement row-level and object-level security aligned with Entra ID and workspace governance.\n\nEstablish certified datasets, reusable semantic models, and reporting standards.\n\nOptimize report performance, data refreshes, and capacity utilization.\n\nApply sensitivity labels and manage governed report distribution.\n\nIntegrate reporting solutions with Microsoft 365 and Teams as needed.\n\nSupport deployment pipelines, source control, and lifecycle management.\n\nMaintain report documentation, data dictionaries, and user enablement materials.\n\nMinMaxQualificationsRequired Qualifications\n6–8+ years of application development experience, including hands-on BI analytics and Power BI development.\n\nStrong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and semantic modeling.\n\nExperience with Power Query, dimensional modeling, and data transformation.\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Direct Lake.\n\nKnowledge of row-level security, object-level security, and workspace governance.\n\nExperience with deployment pipelines, performance optimization, and certified
