Using defined tools and scripts, the Tech identifies issues, analyzes those found during testing, and documents the findings. The Technician also provides support in assessment, implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes that meet or exceed ISO standards and customer specific requirements. Reports out KPIs as needed to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. Documenting risks and potential errors.\nAdministers the non-conforming database for analysis and reporting\nAssists operations with COPQ (cost of poor quality) tracking\nCollaborates with technicians and leads to drive quality, continuous improvement and process controls, including standard work.Participates in requirement/design reviews and Quality Assurance strategy meetings\nTracking CI Projects - stats, Control Analysis / PDCA.\nSubmits proposals for improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities\nAssists Process Improvement Engineering\nMin\nUSD $20.43/Hr.Max\nUSD $25.91/Hr.Qualifications\nDegree requirements:Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experienceWorking knowledge in Hardware and Software configurations\nFamiliar with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access is beneficial\nStrong attention to detail for quality adherence\nProblem solver with ability to research, investigate and problem-solve issues working with multiple people.\nBasic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards with ability to understand the application of the requirements\nData management and analytics
