This role will focus on endpoint deployment, SCCM imaging, task sequence development, and troubleshooting to ensure successful operating system upgrades and device migrations.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SCCM task sequences for Windows 11 imaging and deployment.\n\nManage and execute Windows 11 upgrades, operating system deployments, and enterprise device refresh activities using Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).\n\nTroubleshoot imaging failures, task sequence errors, driver compatibility, application installations, and deployment issues.\n\nConfigure deployment packages, boot images, task sequence variables, and operating system images.\n\nSupport endpoint management activities, including software distribution, patching, device configuration, and deployment compliance.\n\nAnalyze deployment logs and resolve issues to ensure successful imaging and minimize downtime.\n\nCoordinate with infrastructure, endpoint engineering, and support teams throughout the refresh lifecycle.\n\nMaintain accurate deployment documentation, asset records, and project status updates\n\nMin\nMax\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nExtensive hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM imaging and Windows deployment task sequences.\n\nStrong experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise deployments and device refresh projects.\n\nExperience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting SCCM task sequences.\n\nKnowledge of operating system images, drivers, application packages, and deployment troubleshooting.\n\nStrong understanding of endpoint management, Windows configuration, and enterprise device provisioning.\n\nAbility to independently troubleshoot complex deployment issues and work in a project-driven environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Intune, co-management, and modern endpoint management.\n\nKnowledge of PowerShell scripting and deployment automation.\n\nExperience with enterprise-scale Windows 11 migrations and hardware refresh
