This is a full-time position with benefits.\nSeeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on senior technical role supporting Windows Server environments, virtualization, enterprise storage, networking, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, configure, and maintain enterprise servers, network infrastructure, firewalls, and storage systems.\nManage and support Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory.\nAdminister Cisco firewalls, VPN connectivity, Meraki switches, and wireless infrastructure.\nImplement infrastructure security, patching, vulnerability management, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\nLead complex infrastructure projects, develop technical plans, and proactively troubleshoot system issues.\nEstablish technical standards, documentation, and best practices while mentoring team members.\nCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure solutions and technology recommendations.\nProvide occasional after-hours and weekend support for critical infrastructure needs.\nMin\nMax\nQualifications\n15+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and advanced networking.\nStrong experience managing 50+ Windows servers, including Windows Server 2019 or newer.\nHands-on expertise with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.\nExperience administering NetApp enterprise storage.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, M365, Intune, Defender, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.\nExperience with Cisco ASA firewalls, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, and Cisco Meraki networking.\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, network segmentation, and cybersecurity.\nExperience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.\nExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, project management, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Nutanix AHV and hyperconverged infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with legacy VAX environments.\nSQL, VB.NET, or HTML coding experience.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.\nRelevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, NetApp, Nutanix, or CISSP.\nBecause of the
