document and report out direct, escape and systemic root cause, using root cause analysis tools i.e. 8D, 5 Why and fishbone diagrams.\nWorks with cross-functional teams to coach and develop corrective and preventative actions to address internal and external non-conformances.\nCollaborates with process owners to complete customer responses to customer complaints (CAR reports).\nMonitors and tracks progress of corrective and preventative action implementation, auditing implemented improvements to ensure effectiveness.\nConducts data analysis and test validations using statistical process control and communicates quantitative and qualitative findings, identifying areas for improvement.\nManages the QMS system, ensuring all investigative information is captured and customer feedback is logged, up to date and accurate.\nProvides assistance to Quality Technicians on quality procedures, protocols and daily activities.\nParticipates in requirement/design reviews and Quality Assurance strategy meetings\nMonitors, measures and reports out KPI’s\nMaintains and reports out weekly Non-conforming and Corrective Action Reports\nGathers, interprets and reports out quality data, spotting trends and outliers\nMin\nUSD $22.84/Hr.Max\nUSD $28.89/Hr.Qualifications\n Degree requirements: Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.\nWorking knowledge of Standard Work or Work Instruction Documents.\nWorking knowledge of Hardware and Software configurations.\nStrong knowledge of quality tools and or problem-solving tools.\nData management and analytics knowledge.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 standards\nStrong attention to detail for quality adherence\nAbility to research, investigate and problem-solve issues working with cross functional teams\nDetail oriented with item by item focus, meticulous attention to detail with ability to proofread for accuracy\nGood listening skills with ability to receive information completely and understand what is
