and present complex Digital Workspace solutions that integrate hardware, software, cloud services, security, and professional services into comprehensive customer solutions. \nPartner with Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architecture teams to develop technical strategies that drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships. \nLead customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workshops, and technical assessments to understand business objectives and translate them into solution architectures. \nSupport pre-sales engagements by developing proposals, statements of work, solution designs, technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, and responding to RFPs. \nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft, cloud,
