Data Product Analyst

Join the team in the travel tech industry and take full ownership of conversion and revenue optimization across B2C booking products used in multiple markets - from hypothesis to recommendation, with real autonomy over how you get there.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Product on weekly questions: funnel conversion, campaign health, experiment outcomes, and where users drop off.

• Support price accuracy and metasearch performance: analyze patterns, quantify impact, track trends with engineering and platform teams.

• Own Mixpanel data quality: validate events, maintain dashboards, flag tracking gaps.

• Design and interpret A/B tests: check sample balance, segment when it changes the decision and share clear recommendations with stated confidence and caveats.

• Use and maintain operational reporting in BI tools (bookings, revenue, marketing performance, and funnel health) - reading and acting on dashboards, with the option to build your own if you have the skills.

• Communicate findings clearly to Product, stakeholders, and leadership - even when the data isn't strong enough yet to support a decision.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in product, marketing, or business data analysis.

• Strong SQL skills for analyst work: querying and aggregating warehouse data (not building ETL pipelines).

• Hands-on Tableau/Power BI experience as a user: published data sources, filters, and aggregated reporting.

• Hands-on Mixpanel/Amplitude experience: events, funnels, cohorts, and experiment properties.

• Practical A/B test analysis experience (hypothesis framing, sample checks, segmented readouts).

• Experience with multi-market B2C consumer products (not B2B/enterprise tools) - comfortable thinking across different markets and user behaviors, not just one locale.

• High level of English, written and verbal.

NICE TO HAVE

• Travel or e-commerce domain experience.

• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. to query and analyze data, not just for coding).

• Google Analytics experience for traffic and acquisition context.

• Experience with session replay or UX analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity).

• Python or R experience for one-off analysis scripts.
