Each perspective and experience makes ConnectiveRx better than the sum of its parts.\nThe Compensation & HRIS Analyst (Contractor) partners closely with the Director, Compensation to support compensation programs, market pricing, salary administration, annual compensation planning, HRIS compensation processes, and workforce analytics.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions\nAdminister and support annual merit and bonus planning cycles, including budgeting, testing, validation, reporting, and employee eligibility reviews. Maintain and support merit and bonus modules within Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.\nEnsure compensation and HRIS data integrity through audits, reconciliations, reporting, and system testing. \nConduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing positions using compensation survey data and market pricing tools (e.g., Payfactors, Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry). Evaluate jobs, review job descriptions, and provide compensation recommendations aligned with internal equity and market competitiveness. Support salary structure administration, job evaluations, grade assignments, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive programs. \nSupport compensation-related projects and other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation/Degree Requirements/Certifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nCCP certification preferred.\nExperience for people management jobs, indicate years required managing people\n3-4 years of compensation experience required.\nExperience conducting market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.\nExperience supporting annual merit and bonus planning cycles within Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms.\nExperience with compensation reporting, analytics, and data analysis.\nExperience using Payfactors for market pricing, benchmark matching, salary structure administration, and compensation analysis strongly preferred.\nKnowledge\nKnowledge of compensation principles, salary administration, salary structures, and market pricing methodologies.\nUnderstanding of compensation survey tools, benchmark matching, and market pricing platforms.\nFamiliarity with HRIS systems, compensation planning technology, and merit/bonus administration processes.\nKnowledge of compensation analytics, data reporting, and workforce metrics.\nSkills\nAdvanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.\nStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity focus.\nAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.\nAnalytical Thinking: Uses data and research to identify trends, solve problems, and support sound compensation recommendations.\nAttention to Detail: Produces accurate work and maintains a high level of data integrity across compensation and HRIS processes.\nBusiness Acumen: Understands how compensation supports organizational objectives, talent strategies, and workforce planning.\nInitiative: Works independently, identifies issues proactively, and drives assignments to completion with minimal oversight.\nAdaptability: Effectively manages changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs in a fast-paced environment.\nCommunication: Presents complex compensation and analytical information clearly and concisely\nConfidentiality and Integrity: Handles sensitive compensation and employee data with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.\nCompliance Requirements\nAdhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and other training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to the following compliances and regulations: SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA\nMaintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws\nCompensation & Benefits: This position offers opportunities for a bonus (or commissions), with total compensation varying based on factors such as location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.\nEmployees at ConnectiveRx can access comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
