You will enable the team to streamline product launches, execute performance-driven marketing campaigns, and optimize digital channel coordination across the organization.\nThis role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in marketing operations, who can assist with daily digital tasks, support cross-functional collaboration, and help execute campaigns while building strong foundational skills in analytics, automation, and channel coordination.\nIn this role you will:\nSupport the Bank’s “People First” focus and rules of engagement-maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be”.\nAssist with the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan\nParticipate in product committees and contribute the marketing and client perspectives in the build and setup of new products or during product enhancements\nManage website content including product updates, blogs, location listing management, etc.\nPartner with Digital and Operations teams on product architecture initiatives to effectively communicate to audiences including internal stakeholders, partners, and clients\nContribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; and recommending options and courses of action\nManage day to day communications and marketing coordination of bank’s digital products\nAnalyze campaign performance through various analytic and data stream to uncover key insights, measure conversions and develop reporting and recommend strategies to fuel future success\nDevelop collateral for internal and external use\nCollaborate with various business lines to determine any collateral needs for marketing or communication purposes\nDevelopment of external-facing materials (decks, one- sheeters, videos, emails etc.)\nBuilding & managing framework of marketing automation and nurture campaigns \nMust haves:\nStrong “people first” interest and ability.\nIntermediary knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and multi-touch attribution reporting.\nFamiliarity with gathering consumer feedback, competitor analysis, and summarizing survey or trend data\nExperience working with a marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp)\nUnderstanding UTM parameters, campaign link setup and tracking.\nStrong analytical skills\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to work within a matrixed team both internally and externally\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data cleaning, formulas, Pivot Tables)\nStrong writing skills\nBonus Points For:\nBasic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing \nAdditional information\nBenefits:\nWorld class health, vision, and dental benefits on day one\n401k with employer match\nHybrid work from home (depending on role)\nEmployee appreciation events (team building, softball games, food truck days, etc..)\nEmployee assistance programs (EAP)\nWellness programs (flu shot, preventive care, health programs and services discounts, etc..)\nTuition reimbursement \nEmployee Discount perks\nCNOB Community Service Events\n….and much, much more!\nStudies have shown that individuals from underrepresented groups, may only apply to roles if they meet 100% of the qualifications.
