Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!\nGeneral Summary: \nThe Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for leading a team of entry level to experienced professionals focused on designing and implementing the sales lead process, establishing a technology strategy that support sales productivity, building and reporting on departmental data analysis to support effective decision making, and participating in Marketing work-flow project management. This role supports the Marketing function by guiding the development and enhancement of processes and technologies that enable the department to run effectively.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nSets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results\nTypically manages multiple teams that are led by experienced managers\nInfluences others to accept practices and approaches\nInteracts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to ConnectWise\nOwns short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction of the [XX] team in alignment with the ConnectWise objectives\nLeads and prioritizes the daily activities of the team\nManages, mentors, and coaches to develop a collaborative and dynamic team\nCoordinates cross-functional communication to align on initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency\nCreates and drives a vision for the system design and management that supports our digital marketing operations\nDevelops and maintains the marketing technology stack and ensures appropriate integration with sales automation te4chnologies and processes\nResearches and onboards 3rd party technologies that will improve the optimal project management methodologies that support collaboration and efficiency\nCollaborates with the Legal team with respect to marketing-relevant regulations to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory guidelines\nMonitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the organization’s workflow planning efforts\nIdentifies inefficiencies and shortcomings and drives efforts for improvement\nSupport and drives technology adoption by colleagues and optimizes the effectiveness of the technology investments\nMonitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of Business Intelligence essential to the organization, recommending changes or additions as needed to ensure business needs are being met\nDelivers marketing performance reporting and analysis to support overall marketing performance Knowledge,\nSkills, and/or Abilities Required:\nExceptional leadership and customer service skills\nAbility to make decisions that have serious impact on the overall success or failure on their areas of accountability\nWillingness to work in a team environment\nStrong organizational skills to give the team direction\nProfessional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email, as well as at internal and external facing events\nExcellent presentation and communication skills\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated \nTechnology savvy • Ability to translate technical terms and concepts so all stakeholders can fully understand\nStrong ability to problem-solve across multiple operational domains\nProven ability to design and manage complicated, multi-step, multi-person projects\nEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations: \nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience\n10+ years of relevant experience\n6+ years of managerial experience\nExperience with Marketing automation, CRM, BI, and or AI systems\nWorking Conditions: \nOnsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location\n0-10% travel may be required\nConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
