This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, code, and tests, are completed in a timely manner, while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nProvides support to the Engineering teams, with a high attention to detail\nResearches, analyzes, and documents findings\nMay coach and review the work of other team members\nDesigns, builds, and maintains large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems\nWorks on systems critical to company’s current and future operations\nDebugs production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack\nAssists with improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes\nParticipates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software\nEvaluates codes to ensure validity, proper structure, alignment with industry standards, and compatibility with operating systems\nMaintains an understanding of current technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups\nKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:\nAbility to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision\nAdvanced knowledge of applicable work area\nAbility to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement\nKnowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures\nAbility to work constructively and independently under stress and pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment\nAbility to manage competing priorities while producing high-quality work\nAbility to interact positively and openly with colleagues and external business contacts, with strong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organization and time-management skills with the ability to meet reasonable deadlines\nStrong knowledge of programming languages and software basics\nStrong knowledge of relevant software development tools including version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks\nMandatory Technical Skills\nJava\nSpring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.)\nPreferred Technical Skills\nFull Stack Development Experience (at least one hire should have Full Stack capability)\nReactJS\nMongoDB\nElasticsearch\nRabbitMQ\nKafka\nGood to Have:\nAWS (DynamoDB, S3, Lambda)\nEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience\n8+ years of relevant experience\nWorking Conditions:\nHybrid - Pune\nConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
