Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!\nThe Product Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of ConnectWise platforms, from gathering requirements, designing technical and functional specifications, managing the product backlog, and coordinating development efforts through to implementation and subsequent support. This role works in partnership with cross functional teams to coordinate and enhance development efforts, aid partners in product navigation, and find effective solutions.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nProvides support to the Product Management team, with a high attention to detail\nResearches, analyzes, and documents findings\nMay coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members\nDefines and drives the business plan, strategy, and positioning of the products to align to corporate growth strategy\nCollaborates to discover solutions to identified problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out the value of your solution in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative\nProactively identifies market opportunities and performs analysis to understand the competitive landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities\nInteracts with customers and prospects to define market requirements and communicates the needs to the development team\nMonitors product performance to evaluate adoption rates, user experience, and production issues\nPrioritizes the product backlog in conjunction with overall business and partner needs\nRepresents ConnectWise in all partner engagements, events, conferences, and other venues\nKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:\nAbility to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision\nRecognized subject matter expert of applicable work area\nAbility to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and partner requirements\nStrong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical partners\nAbility to work in rapid pace environment with multiple projects, while maintaining high quality work\nDemonstrated commitment to partner and team-oriented management\nFamiliarity with software development, database, server/client, and similar technical concepts\nDemonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product management\nMust be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple priorities simultaneously\nKnowledge of MSDP industry\nPreferred: Knowledge of Agile Methodology, software development life cycle, and Atlassian Product Suite \nEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:\nBachelor’s degree in related field or related business experience\n5+ years relevant experience\nPreferred: Experience in ConnectWise PSA application \nWorking Conditions:\nOn-site/Hybrid/Remote depending on location\n0-10% travel may be required \nConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
