Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!\nGeneral Summary:\nThe Professional Services Consultant leads medium-complexity projects and serves as a subject matter expert in one or more ConnectWise domains. This role manages end-to-end delivery for standard to moderately complex implementations, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met. Consultants provide advanced configuration, process optimization, and strategic guidance to clients while mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices across the organization.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nLead full lifecycle implementation projects or workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.\nServe as the primary consultant for mid-sized client engagements, managing stakeholder expectations and project outcomes.\nDesign, configure, and optimize ConnectWise solutions to address both technical and business requirements.\nFacilitate client meetings, including discovery, solution design, status updates, and training sessions.\nProactively identify and manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies across project phases.\nApply implementation methodologies, maintaining project documentation, timelines, and deliverables independently.\nAnalyze client workflows and recommend process improvements, automation, and best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, support, sales) to resolve issues and enhance client solutions.\nContribute reusable assets such as templates, workflows, and documentation to improve delivery consistency.\nMentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and informal coaching.\nSupport pre-sales or scoping activities as a technical advisor when needed.\nKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:\nAbility to independently manage full implementation projects, balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.\nStrong consultative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to design solutions for complex business and technical challenges.\nDeep technical expertise in ConnectWise platforms, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitating discussions and influencing decisions.\nAbility to analyze data, workflows, and requirements to develop structured, scalable solutions.\nProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, gather necessary information, and drive resolution.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.\nCollaborative approach, working effectively across teams and supporting knowledge sharing.\nAccountability and ownership, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.\nEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience\n4+ years of relevant experience\nWorking Conditions:\nOnsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location\n0-10% travel may be required\nConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
