Read this opportunity to learn how YOU can make a difference at ConnectWise!\nSenior Software Engineer I\nJob Description Summary\nThe Senior Software Engineer I is responsible for developing high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with rigorous coding standards. This individual works in partnership with cross functional teams to ensure that software deliverables-including designs, code, and tests-are completed in a timely manner, while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards.\nCore Responsibilities\nSystem Engineering: Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems.\nAgile Participation: Work actively within an Agile/Scrum framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.\nOperational Excellence: Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack; work on systems critical to the company's current and future operations.\nMentorship & Influence: Influence others within the Software Engineering team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices.\nStandards & Tooling: Assist with the improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes.\nQuality & Validation: Evaluate code for validity, proper structure, and alignment with industry standards; participate in testing and certification. \nRequired Technical Skills (Must-Have)\nAgile Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile environments, proficient in iterative development and collaborating with Product and QA.\nProgramming Languages: Proficiency in Golang is required.
