This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, codes, and tests, are completed in a timely manner, while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nProvides support to the Engineering teams, with a high attention to detail\nResearches, analyzes, and documents findings\nMay influence others within the Software Engineering team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices\nDesigns, builds, and maintains large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems\nWorks on systems critical to company’s current and future operations\nDebugs production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack\nAssists with improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes\nParticipates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software\nEvaluates codes to ensure validity, proper structure, alignment with industry standards, and compatibility with operating systems \nMaintains an understanding of current technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops, and/or groups\nMandatory Skills (Core Requirements)\nThese are explicitly required or strongly implied as essential for the role:\nTechnical Skills\n.NET Development (Advanced)\nDesigning, developing, and deploying applications using the .NET framework\n\nReactJS\nObject-Oriented Programming & Design\nStrong OOP concepts\nDesign patterns\nClean architecture principles\n\nRelational Database Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server\nQuery optimization\nSchema design\n\nGit Version Control\nBranching strategies\nCode reviews\nCollaborative workflows\n\nGeneral Software Engineering\nDebugging production issues\nBuilding and maintaining scalable systems\nWriting clean, standards-compliant code\nTesting and code validation\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:\nAdvanced .NET Engineering: Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying robust applications utilizing the .NET Framework ecosystem.\nObject-Oriented Design (OOD): Demonstrated expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices.\nRelational Database Management: Strong hands-on experience with relational databases, featuring advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (including query optimization and schema design).\nPractical exposure to client-side technologies, specifically React, backed by a solid understanding of JavaScript and build tools such as Webpack and Babel (highly advantageous).\nProven experience leveraging Azure DevOps and cloud services for continuous integration and deployment\nFamiliarity or working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and services is considered a distinct advantage\nDeep understanding of Git-based workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development.\nMandatory skills .NET, C#, ASP.NET, ReactJS, OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, SQL Server, Query Optimization, Database Design, Git, Code Reviews, Debugging, Scalable Systems, Unit Testing.\nEducational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:\nBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience\n4+ years of relevant experience\nConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
