Understanding of the markets and their capabilities and appetites needed.\nPrepare New Business Proposals using approved Standard Documents.\nPromote teamwork and commitment to department/corporate goals.\nOther Functions\nAttend new business and prospect presentations when appropriate. \nReview and analyze contracts and agreements for deficiencies to address in the CSCR.\nReview and analyze financial documents for discussion in the CSCR.\nOrganize information received for preparation of CSCR.\nIs a technical resource for other Conner Strong & Buckelew team members.\nAttend carrier capabilities meetings.\nAdministers coverage analysis for creation of standard Coverage Summaries.\nOther duties as assigned.\nOversee accuracy of data in ImageRight.\nRequirements\nBachelors Degree (Business or Risk Management preferred).\nFour Years Practical Experience at minimum \nAdvanced proficiency in policy wording, terms and conditions, and coverage summaries.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Products; Power Point, Excel and Word required.\nAbility to work within an agency management system with training.\nSelf-starter, flexible, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.\nStrong problem solving, interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.\nMust be detail oriented.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nAbility to work in an ever changing high pressure organization/environment.\nCompensation:\nSalary for this position ranges from $100,000.00 - $145,000.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
