It partners with the field team to escalate urgent issues such as a system that is down. The role is onsite at the Philippines and Colombia sites, with four openings in total.\nRequired qualifications\nAt least 1 year of customer service in a contact center, voice preferred.\nClear spoken and written English. Colombia: English level B2 or higher.\nComfortable using two or three systems at once.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
