moving so that Government staff can focus on decisions.\nWhat you'll do\nTrack recruitment and hiring actions, billet updates and performance appraisal milestones in FedHR, USAStaffing and ePerformance\nBuild and maintain trackers, status reports and dashboards in Excel, SharePoint and Power BI\nManage the Civilian Resource Coordinator's SharePoint site and digital records so job aids, templates and files stay current and easy to find\nAnswer routine HR questions from base leadership using approved guidance, and route policy or employee relations issues to the right Government official\nCoordinate meetings, trainings and briefings across bases over Teams and email, and draft correspondence, agendas and briefing materials\nPrepare weekly activity reports and recurring compliance reports for Government review\nRequired\nAn associate's degree or a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience, in HR support, administrative support, business administration or program analysis\nStrong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive\nClear writing and the ability to coordinate with people at many locations and levels of leadership\nAbility to pass a Tier 1 federal background investigation and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)\nAbility to start on-site in Norfolk on September 30, 2026\nPreferred\nHands-on experience with FedHR, USAStaffing or ePerformance\nExperience supporting federal civilian, military or Coast Guard personnel programs\nExperience maintaining SharePoint sites or building Power BI
