This is a hybrid position consisting of both on-site and remote work. Applicants must be able to travel to Connexzia's designated Metro Manila work location when scheduled. The Logistics Assistant will support daily logistics, administrative, carrier, driver, customer, and operational activities.\nSchedule: Supports U.S. business operations. Evening or overnight hours in the Philippines may be required depending on assignment.\nCompensation: Compensation details will be discussed with qualified applicants. Performance-based compensation opportunities may be available depending on responsibilities and results.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport Connexzia's daily logistics and administrative operations.\nUpdate carrier, driver, customer, shipment, and operational information.\nPerform accurate data entry and maintain company records.\nAssist with carrier and driver onboarding.\nReview submitted documents and applications for completeness.\nCommunicate professionally with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal team members.\nAssist dispatch and operations personnel with shipment and load information.\nMonitor company email, messages, and assigned operational tasks.\nOrganize digital files, documents, and internal records.\nConduct online research as required.\nFollow up on incomplete applications, documents, and operational requests.\nAssist with scheduling and operational coordination.\nUse Connexzia's internal systems and web-based platforms.\nComplete additional administrative and logistics duties assigned by management.\nRequirements:\nMust currently reside in the Philippines.\nMust live within reasonable commuting distance of Metro Manila.\nMust be able to work both on-site and remotely.\nMust be able to report to Connexzia's designated Metro Manila work location when scheduled.\nReliable computer or laptop for remote work.\nReliable high-speed internet connection.\nAbility to work hours that support Connexzia's U.S. operations.\nStrong written and spoken English communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nComfortable using email, spreadsheets, web applications, and online business systems.\nAbility to follow written procedures and instructions.\nAbility to work independently
