As a result of continued growth and the successful award of new contracts, we're expanding our Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment teams and are looking for skilled tradespeople to join us across the North West and Yorkshire.

A Bit About the Role...

Working within occupied and void social housing properties, you'll play a key role in transforming homes and improving the day-to-day lives of residents.

You'll be responsible for delivering refurbishment works safely, professionally and to the high standards our customers expect, helping us create homes that people are proud to live in.

No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside experienced site teams who are committed to quality, customer satisfaction and getting the job done right first time.

What You'll Be Responsible For...

• Delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works to a high standard
• Completing kitchen installations, associated joinery works and general repairs
• Carrying out plastering, patching and making-good works
• Undertaking multi-trade activities where required to support programme delivery
• Working safely and professionally within occupied and void properties
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents
• Ensuring work is completed within agreed programme timescales
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe working environments
• Following company Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe systems of work
• Taking pride in delivering quality workmanship that reflects positively on both yourself and Connolly

What We'd Like From You...

• Experience within your chosen trade discipline
• Previous kitchen and/or bathroom refurbishment experience
• Experience working within social housing or occupied properties would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A positive and professional approach to work
• Commitment to safe working practices
• Full UK Driving Licence
