Wherever possible, we use these differences to drive competitive business advantage, personal growth and, ultimately, create business success.\nJob Summary\nEagle Ford OverviewThe liquids-rich Eagle Ford tight oil trend, located in the Western Gulf Coast Basin of south Texas, represents the company’s second-most prolific unconventional resource development. ConocoPhillips was one of the first companies into the liquids play, resulting in a low-cost entry into this acreage. In 2009, the company began exploring the development potential of this play and by year-end 2023 held approximately 199,000 net unconventional leasehold and mineral acres, primarily in DeWitt, Karnes and Live Oak counties.\nWe hold approximately 489,000 net acres in the Eagle Ford, located in south Texas. The current focus is on full-field development, using customized well spacing and stacking patterns adapted through reservoir analysis. We operated seven rigs and three frac crews on average during 2025, resulting in 251 operated wells drilled and 264 operated wells brought online.\nDuring 2025, net production averaged 390 MBOED\nPosition Overview\nIf you are selected as the Multi-Skill Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of designated central facilities including but not limited to monitoring and optimizing production and cost.\nThis position is based in Kenedy, TX.\nCandidates must reside or be willing to relocate within 40 miles of Kenedy, TX.\nThis is a Safety Sensitive position\nYour Responsibilities May include:\nFollows all ConocoPhillips Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and Process Safety Management (PSM) rules.\nResponsible for starting up and shutting down central facilities under normal conditions as well as under emergency conditions.\nResponsible for trouble-shooting operations problems, housekeeping and record keeping.\nMonitor central facility performance data through Cygnet and Wonderware.\nGauge tanks for comparison and verification of level indications readings into the control room.\nMaintain chemical injection rates as necessary.\nWork well with all groups within the Eagle Ford Operations and 3rd party truck hauling partners.\nHandover processes and pre-startup safety review (PSSR)/commissioning of new equipment and facilities as needed.\nAssist with enforcing proper policies and procedures.\nOperating a company-provided vehicle to perform job duties.\nSuccess Profile\nTo thrive in this role, you’ll demonstrate the following leadership competencies:\nTakes Accountability: Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by courageously dealing with important problems, holding others accountable, and standing up for what is right.\nDrives Performance: Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals.\nMakes Decisions: Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical. \nBasic Qualifications:\nLegally authorized to work in the United States\nCurrent/Valid driver's license\n3 or more years of experience in unconventional field operations\nBasic level of understanding of gas compression principles and practices\nBasic level of understanding of dehydration principles and practices\nBasic level of understanding of gas and liquid measurement\nBasic knowledge of mechanics and instrumentation\nCurrently reside or be willing to relocate within a 40-mile driving radius of Kenedy, TX\nWilling and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to travel 5% of the time on a yearly basis\nWilling and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform/align with following: Work in temperature extremes or adverse weather conditions;
