This role is vital in ensuring that every guest feels valued and receives expert guidance throughout their time at our luxury hotel.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage the concierge team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.\nProvide expert recommendations on local attractions, dining, transportation, entertainment, and cultural activities.\nHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring prompt resolution.\nMaintain a strong network of contacts within the local community to provide unique experiences and services to guests.\nCoordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests for affluent guests.\nContinuously enhance knowledge of local events and attractions to provide guests with tailored suggestions.\nMonitor and evaluate concierge operations, implementing improvements as necessary.\nWork closely with the Front Office Manager and Guest Relations team to enhance the guest experience.\nUpload Conrad’s brand values in all concierge interactions, reflecting elegance, professionalism, and personalized care.\nEnsure compliance with Hilton brand standards and local regulations.\nConduct regular training and briefings to keep the team informed of local events, new services, and Conrad/ Hilton standards.\nManage concierge budgets, inventory (e.g., tickets, brochures), and supplier relationships.\nPrepare and maintain daily reports, shift schedules, and performance metrics.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.\nIn-depth knowledge of Athens and surrounding areas, including cultural events, dining, and attractions.\nExceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.\nStrong leadership abilities with experience in training and developing a team.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.\nTechnology proficient, familiar with concierge management systems and hotel software, specifically Opera PMS, is a plus.\nBenefits\nAt Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you’ll be part of a world-renowned luxury brand where creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence are celebrated.
