In this pivotal role, you will implement all duties in accordance with Conrad brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in service delivery.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage incoming reservations via phone, email, and various booking platforms with precision and professionalism.\nProvide accurate information on room types, rates, and hotel amenities to assist guests in making informed decisions.\nProcess reservations, modifications, and cancellations quickly and accurately in our property management system.\nUpsell hotel services and packages to enhance guests' experiences and increase revenue.\nRespond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude to ensure maximum satisfaction.\nMaintain an up-to-date understanding of hotel occupancy, rates, promotions, and events.\nCollaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest check-in and manage special requests.\nHandle customer billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in transactions.\nPrepare and maintain reports related to daily reservations, cancellations, and revenue.\nContribute to a positive teamwork environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and management.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a reservations role or similar position within the hotel industry.\nStrong knowledge of hotel reservation systems; familiarity with Opera PMS is a plus.\nExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nExceptional communication skills in Greek and English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.\nBenefits\nAt Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you’ll be part of a world-renowned luxury brand, where creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence are celebrated.
