You will support compliance with Greek legislation and contribute to the smooth administration of employee compensation in a dynamic, world-class hospitality environment.\nResponsibilities\n\nParticipate in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Greek labour and tax legislation.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records and documentation.\nReview and validate timesheets, payroll inputs, and adjustments for completeness and accuracy.\nHandle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, benefits, and allowances in a professional and confidential manner.\nSupport the administration of payroll-related changes, including bonuses, incentives, and benefits.\nCollaborate closely with Finance and People & Culture teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure smooth payroll execution.\nAssist in payroll reconciliations, internal controls, and periodic audits.\nContribute to the effective use and continuous improvement of payroll systems and related processes.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.\nGood knowledge of Greek payroll legislation, taxation and social security regulations.\nProficiency in payroll software (ideally SCAN HRMS) and Microsoft Office; experience with timekeeping systems is an advantage.\nExceptional accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nExcellent organizational and time management capabilities.\nFluency in both Greek and English is required.\nBenefits\nAt Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you’ll be part of a world-renowned luxury brand where creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence are celebrated.
