We work closely with public transport authorities, operators, and cities in a complex and mission-critical B2B environment.\nAbout the role\nThe Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for translating customer project needs into clearly defined development items and ensuring their successful delivery. Acting as a bridge between Customer Market Units, Customer Project Managers, and the Product & R&D teams, the TPM ensures that requirements are well-motivated, documented, and executed efficiently.\nThe role requires close cross-functional collaboration, particularly with developers and Customer Project Managers. In some cases, direct customer interaction is needed to clarify requirements, align expectations, and guide customers toward existing functionality. The TPM plays a key role in overall development planning, contributing to workload forecasting and roadmap execution across multiple quarters.
