Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.\nExperience with Exchange Online and Microsoft licensing.\nGood understanding of identity management and access control.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nCustomer-focused approach to IT service delivery.\nAbility to manage multiple
