Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, enhancing platform functionality, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. Adept at working in agile environments, improving workflows, and delivering high-quality platform enhancements.\nResponsabilidades\nKey contributions:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM and SPM, CMDB, Knowledge, and IT Asset Management.\nDevelop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and scheduled jobs.\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and API frameworks.\nCreate and optimize Service Catalog items, record producers, SLAs, and form layouts.\nEnsure platform governance, code quality, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide effort estimates.\nTroubleshoot platform issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.\nAssist with upgrades, patching, cloning, and general platform administration.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequisitos\n Essential Skills & QualificationsProficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.\nStrong understanding of CSM, ITSM, SPM.\nExperience creating integrations using REST or IntegrationHub spokes.\nAbility to build responsive UI using Service Portal or UI Builder.\nKnowledge of CMDB structure, discovery patterns, and data integrity practices.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CAD, CIS) are a plus.\nProfessional StrengthsStrong attention to detail with a focus on clean, maintainable code.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable working independently in fast-paced environments\nBeneficios\n Why Conscia Ireland?Join a dynamic, innovative team where your work directly impacts high-profile network and security projects.
