solutions.Responsibilities\nAct as the primary technical advisor to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. \nEngage with customers to understand business and technical requirements through discovery workshops, meetings and consultations.\nDesign and recommend networking, cybersecurity and data centre solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.\nDeliver technical presentations, solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities to customers and prospects.\nDevelop high-quality technical proposals, solution designs, statements of work and tender responses. \nWork closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.\nTranslate customer business requirements into clear and effective technical solutions. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. \nStay current with emerging technologies, industry trends and relevant certifications. \nMaintain accurate technical documentation and ensure proposals and designs meet quality standards.\nRequirements\nStrong technical knowledge of enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies\nExperience designing, building or supporting Cisco solutions\nWorking knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity and data centre technologies\nRelevant Cisco certification, ideally CCNP or CCIE\nExperience with Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, HPE or Juniper is an advantage\nAbility to understand customer business needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions\nExperience preparing tender responses, technical documentation and solution proposals\nStrong customer service, communication and presentation skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills\nAbility to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure\nA commitment to developing
